Thanks to Esteban's info. This is a really kool project that is truly inspiring and encouraging for me to look at. Samaritans is a organization that provides "non-judgemental emotional support" for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair.

These two clips are fantastic precedents for me because they are depicting the inner difficulties of their users, exactly like what I plan to do. Instead of putting a lot information or showing bunch of data in it, the animations were constructed in a more abstract but narrative way to depict the distress feelings and visualize them. The art direction and execution are poetic and beautifully done. This is definitely one of the most relevant precedents to date.
